Trattoria 2. PERON is located in the heart of Istria, in the town of Cerovlje, a place that owes its development largely to the construction of the railway through Istria at the end of the 19th century. That’s where the name 2. PERON comes from.

If you know how to enjoy food and are traveling through Istria, wanting to get to know it through the plate – or as we say, "pjat" – you won’t regret stopping at 2. PERON. Central Istria is full of top-quality ingredients like truffles, asparagus, mushrooms, indispensable homemade prosciutto, cheese, curd, olive oil, honey, wine, and brandy. All these ingredients appear on our plates as we follow the seasons, creating a magical experience for all senses.
